Jason Goliath is a larger than life comedian who literally is larger than life. With a commanding stage presence, ridiculous amounts of energy and a character focused on making audiences laugh at life’s uncomfortable truths. He has performed successfully at numerous corporate events and leading comedy festivals, including Blacks Only, Proudly Coloured Comedy Festival, Parkers, Melville Underground, Kings and Queens of Comedy, AWEdnesday Comedy Jam, LOL at Gold Reef City, Comics Choice Awards Winners Lap, The Box and many more. His comedy club, Goliath Comedy Club, at the Roast Café, Melrose Arch, has become a major comedy institution and has helped put Johannesburg on the map as the comedy capital of South Africa. In July 2017, Jason was invited to represent Africa in Montreal, Canada, at the Just For Laughs Festival. Television roles include being host of his own Late Night Talk show on SABC 3 in 2016. He is the new presenter on SABC 3’s Safta nominated show, The Man Cave, and he presents ETV’s new breakfast show – The Morning Show. With more than 15 years professional MC experience Jason tackles Facilitation and Motivational roles with aplomb, and has done so for Standard Bank, FNB, Deloitte, Multichoice, DSTV, and SAA to mention a few.
